A complex project in Omokoroa involving taking the old rusted roof off, re-pitching to allow a better rain shedding and laying a new roof in COLORSTEEL® Maxam® Trimrib profile, particularly suitable for a low pitch and better salt corrosion protection

Te Rangihouhiri Marae project involves multiple buildings with skylights. New roofs, downpipes and spouting installed all with great attention to UV and salt corrosion protection. Particular care was taken to match the roofing materials to the island's weather and climate challenges

Omokoroa full re-roofing

Full re-roof of this unique Omokoroa property. Using the Corrugated COLORSTEEL® Maxam®, known for its strength and suitability for various environmental conditions. This high-strength, 0.55-gauge steel sheet with a distinctive corrugated or 5-rib design offers superior durability and corrosion resistance.

Pyes Pa project

Our skilled team installed a specialised multi-angled spouting in UV-resistant COLORSTEEL® Maxam™, known for its resistance to rust, corrosion, and UV damage. The glass conservatory's spouting downpipes and powder-coated rain heads were chosen to complement the existing house design.
